Philippe Rombi (born 3 April 1968) is a French film score composer. His score for Bienvenue chez les Ch'tis was nominated for best original score for a comedy film at the fifth International Film Music Critics Association (IFCMA) Awards for Excellence in 2008. Kristian Håskjold is an award-winning Danish/Norwegian writer/director, who studied Directing at the independent Danish film school Super16. He is best known for his miniseries Chemo Brain, which had its international premiere Sundance Film Festival 2020 and received a Special Jury Recognition for Drama at SXSW 2020. It also received rave reviews in the Danish media and received nominations at all Danish award shows such as Danish Academy Awards (Robert Prisen), TV Prisen, Zulu Awards and Aarhus Series. His short films have been screened at 120+ festivals and won 20 awards. Forever Now won 12 awards, among them the Grand Jury Award for Best Narrative Short at SXSW in 2017. His short film A Worthy Man won 5 awards, there among the jury award for Best European Short Film at Leuven International Short Film Festival in 2018 and became shortlisted for European Film Awards 2019. His graduation film Young became a semi-finalist at Student Academy Awards 2021. All in all, his short films have more than 425.000 plays in Vimeo. In 2020 Kristian was selected to European Film Promotion's prestigious Future Frames talent program for his short film Crocodile Tears. At the moment Kristian is in early development of his first feature film and involved in several TV series in development.

Cristi Puiu (Romanian pronunciation: [ˈkristi ˈpuju]; born 3 April 1967; Bucharest) is a Romanian film director and screenwriter. With Anca Puiu and Alex Munteanu, in 2004 he founded a cinema production company, naming it Mandragora. Cristian Emilian Puiu was born to Iuliana and Emilian Puiu in Bucharest, Romania. Puiu's first interest in art was painting. In 1992, he was admitted as a student to the Painting Department of École Supérieure d'Arts Visuels in Geneva. After the first year he switched to film studies at the same school, where he graduated in 1996. He started working in film after his return to Romania. Cristi Puiu's debut as a director was in 2001 with the low-budget road movie Stuff and Dough (Marfa și banii), starring Alexandru Papadopol and Dragoș Bucur. The film received several awards in international film festivals and competed in the Quinzaines des Realisateurs section of the Cannes Film Festival. Some critics say that this is the film that started the Romanian New Wave in cinema. He continued with a short film, Cigarettes and Coffee (Un cartuş de Kent și un pachet de cafea) (2004), which was awarded the Golden Bear for best short film at the 2004 Berlin International Film Festival. His second feature film, The Death of Mr. Lăzărescu (Moartea domnului Lăzărescu) (2005), was a dark comedy about an ailing old man who is carried by an ambulance from hospital to hospital all night long, as doctors refuse to treat him and send him away. The film was a critical success, being awarded the Prix Un Certain Regard at the Cannes Film Festival and numerous awards at other international film festivals. In 2006 this film gained 47 prizes, several nominations in the American Critics' Top 10 lists and in French magazines such as Telerama and Les Inrockuptibles.

Louis Guglielmi (3 April 1916 – 4 April 1991), known by his nom de plume Louiguy, was a Spanish-born French musician of Italian descent. He wrote the melody for Édith Piaf's lyrics of "La Vie en Rose" and the Latin jazz composition "Cerisier rose et pommier blanc", a popular song written in 1950, made famous in English as "Cherry Pink (and Apple Blossom White)", which was recast as a resounding mambo hit for Pérez Prado. Guglielmi was born in Barcelona. He studied music at the Conservatoire de Paris in the same class as Maurice Baquet, Henri Betti, Paul Bonneau and Henri Dutilleux. He created almost three dozen film scores, beginning in 1946 with La Rose de la mer and including Mourir d'aimer (1970; in English To Die of Love). Among the last was the score for Jean Gabin's final gangster flick, Verdict (1974). He died in Vence, one day after his 75th birthday.
